Mr.Sin Putheasath, vice rector and the BALANCE project coordinator of Svay Rieng University, and the team have attended the BALANCE project training from 14-17 March 2022 hosted by National University of Management in Phnom Penh. After 2 years of online work finally we meet in person to hold 2 days Training of Trainers in Knowledge Management, IT Systems for Financial Management and Impact Evaluation of Higher Education followed by National conference on Funding Higher Education and project meeting.
We are grateful to theNational University of Management for hosting this activity and providing the facilities and resources for carrying out both the training and the National Conference; to all partners for their commitment with the BALANCE project and its activities; and to our colleagues from the University of Genoa, who have not been able to travel to Phnom Penh, but will actively participate online.
