BALANCE

The BALANCE (Towards Sustainable Financial Management of Cambodian Universities)​ project will be implemented in Cambodia as a Structural action and its general objective is to strengthen financial autonomy and accountability of HEIs in Cambodia via modernization of financial management practices and legal framework.

The project specific objectives are:
– to promote modernization of human and organizational capacities of financial management in Cambodia HEIs through capacity building and experience exchange
– to set up a sustainable communication platform between Cambodian HEIs and relevant ministries (MoEYS & Ministry of Economy and Finance) with the objective of improving transparency and systematization of financial management practices.
